Emmanuel Eboue’s 4 year relationship with Galatasaray has reached it’s end

Back when Eboue made a move to the Turkish side Galatasaray, he signed a 4 year long contract with the club. On August of 2011, it was made official that Eboue joined Galatasaray as he penned a €3.5 million deal but it has now reached it’s end and the Ivorian defender is being linked with a move to France and with the Premier League.

Eboue failed to make a single appearance for Galatasaray in the previous season and even though the 32 year old defender has not played any important role for the Turkish club, Eboue stated that he would like to continue paying for them.

Emmanuel Eboue has gone from being a consistent starter of Arsenal to not playing a single match in this season for the Turkish side Galatasaray.

Not too long ago, Arsenal’s Oxlade-Chamberlain revealed that one of the players who helped him on getting accustomed to life at the Premier League club was Emmanuel Eboue as the Ivorian defender made jokes which made things easier for Oxlade-Chamberlain who was only 17 years old when he signed with Arsenal.

Louis Saha reckons that Radamel Falcao is being correctly used by the Red Devils at the moment.

Falcao, who is at United on loan, has been given just 7 matches so far in the season and in most of those 7 matches, he has made substitute appearances.

The Colombia international has started on just one or two occasions in the Premier League. Some people reckon that he should be used more, but, Saha thinks differently.
According to Saha, Falcao is coming from a major injury and thus, he should be used smartly and that’s what Louis Van Gaal is doing.

Eboue DIsappointed To Be Left Out Of Squad

The experienced Ivorian right-back of Galatasaray, Emmanuel Eboue only made 18 league appearances in the past edition of the Turkish Super Lig as he has fallen behind the pecking order for his team and he has confessed his disappointment in not being named in Galatasaray’s upcoming Champions League match against Arsenal.
Galatasaray is currently performing in the Champions League and they were pitted in Group D where they will have to face off against: Borussia Dortmund, Anderlecht and Arsenal.

Prandelli Makes It Clear That Eboue Will Not Play

Cesare Prandelli, the newly appointed manager of Galatasaray SK, has made it clear that Emmanuel Eboue is not going to play any part for the club during the upcoming season. He has not been included in the squad that is going to go to Austria for the pre-season.

Apart from Eboue, a few other seasoned campaigners of Galatasaray have also been overlooked for the pre season and some of them are actually upset about it.

GALATASARAY AIM HIGH

The Turkish side Galatasaray is having discussions with a number of clubs in the Premier League including: Newcastle United, Manchester United and Chelsea as there are a few players which might be transferring from different clubs in the summer transfer window.

Unal Aysal is the President of Galatasaray and he announced that the club has rejected an offer from Manchester United concerning Wesley Sneijder. The Dutch midfielder is a target of Manchester United but they will need to make an offer in the region of €15 million if they want to land him.

Many people reckon that the Ivory Coast national football team hasn’t got enough experience to be able to make it to the latter stages of the upcoming FIFA World Cup 2014, but, Sabri Lamouchi, the man in charge of the Elephants squad, has different opinion.
