Former Arsenal defender Emmanuel Eboue has been banned from all football-related activities by the FIFA after having refused to pay his agent.

The player was given the ban on 31 March 2016 and has since then not given any sign of life. Former Sunderland manager Sam Allardyce believes that the ban will end the player’s career.

Former Ivory Coast international Emmanuel Eboue might see his career end as he has failed to settle the case he has with his former agent which led to his sacking barely 22 days after he signed on.

The former Arsenal and Galatasaray player is involved in a case with his former agent over a £1 million debt and the ultimate football ruling body FIFA has given him a one year ban from football.

Sunderland has terminated former Arsenal player Emmanuel Eboue’s contract only after having joined the club for 22 days only.

This come after Eboue has received a one-year ban from FIFA because he failed to pay his former agent.

Sam Allardyce says that Emmanuel Eboue will not be joining Sunderland after the club are reportedly received no contact from the player for their notice.

Sam Allardyce believes there is still little bit of hope left for Emmanuel Eboue to save his Sunderland contract, but, for that, he will have to ensure he settles terms with Sebastien Boisseau, his one-time agent, whom he is currently involved in a financial dispute with.

The Ivorian does not have too much time to get the dispute closed. If a club decides to end a player’s contract without his consent, the player has the right to file an appeal against that in only within a couple of weeks. Once that period is crossed, no way-back is possible.
